REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Audio Motive Solutions has a returns and refunds policy of 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since receipt of delivery, we cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange.

We offer free returns on all of our products excluding electrical items. Any item wished to be exchanged, returned or refunded must be within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any item wished to be returned, refunded or exchanged must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Any item wished to be returned for any reason other than a mistake from our side or defect will be charged a 15% handling fee. To complete your return, exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Audio Motive Solutions will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Our process for refunds is as follows:

Item/s is returned to us via courier.

We inspect the item/s.

We send you an email notification to inform you that we received your item/s and inform you of the refund status (approved or rejected). If rejected we will supply you with a reason. If approved we will refund you via your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If 30 days have lapsed from date of refund approval and you still have not received your refund please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again (do not check on weekends and public holidays).

Contact your credit card company or your bank (depending on your original method of payment) and enquire if the refund was received by them. There is usually a processing time with credit card companies and banks before releasing the refund into your account.

If you still have not received your refund please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Used Items do not qualify for exchanges or refunds. If you require an exchange please contact us. Any item wished to be exchanged for any reason other than a mistake from our side or defect will be charged a 15% handling fee.

How to return an item to us for refund or exchange:

Any item wished to be returned for any reason other than a mistake from our side or defect will be charged a 15% handling fee. To return your item/s, we will book a courier to collect from you. Please ensure all items for return/refund/exchange are packaged as received in the original packaging, securely sealed, packaged as small as possible to avoid excess shipping fees, and a shipping label is securely fixed onto the package.
