The RFBTRCA is a universal Bluetooth receiver for wireless audio streaming and features RCA outputs for easy connection to an audio system.

Overview

The RFBTRCA universal Bluetooth™ adapter allows to wirelessly stream media (music library, Pandora, Rhapsody, etc) from a Bluetooth™ enabled device through stereo RCA output jacks. Auxiliary input powered by the vehicle’s 12V accessory socket. Easy 1-button pairing function binds to Bluetooth™ enabled device and chimes on subsequent connections. Supplied 1/8” (3mm) cable sends audio through RCA outputs directly feeding audio system. Compatible with most Bluetooth™ devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Direct 12V Hardwiring: Unlike cigarette-lighter adapters, the Rockford Fosgate RFBTRCA features bare positive and negative power leads. It wires straight into an accessory circuit, allowing for a completely hidden, clean installation behind dashboards or inside fairings. Conversion Cable Included: The module features a 3.5mm female output, but includes a 3-foot (1-meter) 3.5mm-to-stereo-RCA male adapter cable. This connects directly to the low-level RCA inputs on any aftermarket amplifier or equalizer. Enhanced Data Rate (EDR): Leverages Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR to expand data bandwidth up to 3.0 Mbps. This limits wireless compression and yields highly accurate, clear audio playback across the audible frequency spectrum. One-Button Pairing: A single pairing button simplifies initial device linking. The faceplate features tri-state blue LED indicators to display power, pairing mode, and active connection status.
